As an intern there were not many benefits, besides free lunch and good coffee.
Adyen offers a competitive salary according to the management board. Holiday allowance will be included in the monthly salary. No bonuses or additional allowances are offered.
Good: Pre-COVID lunch was provided and there were nice events. Flexible working hours. health care allowance that could pay for part of your monthly healthcare insurance package. Bad: Not a competitive salary (except for sales people). No profit sharing whereas sales people make exorbitant amounts of money on commission (if them perform of course) and the increase of base salary the commissions result in. No fairness. No support from the company in these COVID times in terms physiotherapist (needs caused by the lack of coordination of working from home situation; after 8 months, desks and chair started to be offered to employees…..)
Company culture is really appealing, it really helps in day-to-day work to make things done.
Amount of Vacation days is very low
Subsidized lunch (pre-COVID) was nice. Work from home frowned upon (until COVID forced it). Mostly no bonuses and minimal pay raises.
Lunch and coffee (barista) are provided. Also, there is a health care allowance. Quite flexible organisation. Nevertheless, salaries are relatively low, no 13th month (quite standard in The Netherlands) and no profit sharing.
relocation package, worst thing is that there is no home office, but can be arrange with the tech-lead or project manager
Great environment for fresh grads without experience.
Super entreprise, super expérience , super accompagnement
