The good: Internet tax allowance, (Electric) bike tax allowance/lease , 13th month, penion plan 7% employee contribution, hybrid working scheme (number of days at the office varies by department) The bad: working remotely abroad limitations. ING is way more restrictive than necessary by fiscal residence requirements for the Netherlands. They just allow 30 days working outside the Netherlands. Moreover, its totally forbidden for juniors during their first year.
