Basically nothing. there is actually no proper training involved in the whole hiring process where employer let you know each and everything. so i never knew they even had a benefit package. you have to ask to your management each thing. unless you ask for it. they will never tell you anything
You are only entitled to the benefits three months in. You have to apply for the health benefits on your own and that alone takes 2 weeks. The plan is very limited. There are no other benefits working there.
