Best was that my public transport ticket was paid and I could also use it for private travels in the weekend. On top of that, I could also go on a business trip as an intern. Not that good was, that I did not get help for finding an appartment.

Pay was pretty good, and a lot of free snacks and drinks. Hotels when travelling were mediocre. No good gym membership deals.

Best thing about the benefit package: company car without own contribution or risk (free choice of brand), 13th month salary, pension based on last salary, health insurance, flexible working hours, during summer months you could take Friday afternoon off, 25 paid vacation days, free snacks every Friday to take home. Worst thing about benefits package: the benefits package of PepsiCo is really good, can't really say anything negative to be honest.
