30 holiday days per year is excellent!
'OK' salary, but below market standards. Besides that the career and reward framework is not transparent at all, unlike all other companies where I worked before (where it was transparant). Secondary benefits are good, with 30,5 holidays, good coffee, free fruit. Work/life balance is fine as well.
The number of days off is above the average (31 days). There is no health insurance and small complementary pension. Small discount if we book flight with the company (we only recuperate the booking fee)
It is below average - not good.
Good holidays and good flexibility
- Young people in big jobs - A lot of nationalities!! a mixture of cultures on a daily basis - The possibility to talk with your manager about the things that you would like to improve. -Dutch classes -Social events -30.5 Vacation days -Flexibility to work
company give you 30 days of vacation per year
We have 30.5 days off, more than average of Netherlands We don't have bonus or receive money for times that we need to work on weekends or after work times.
Holiday allowance, Bonus, Discount on tickets, Agent Deals, Free fruit
Best thing is 30 days off and the opportunity to work at home once in a week or so. Salary can be more competitive.
