Low cost benefits, but benefits kept changing, which they said was making them better, however the added benefits were only good for a very narrow demographic. Also, new employees were being asked to pay for benefits and weren't getting as good of benefits as employees who were grandfathered in under the old benefits
The benefits package from the company is fantastic! Dental, prescriptions, eye exams as well as glasses and contacts. The Health Expense account is a phenomenal added bonus onto the Benefits Plan!

they have a full benefits package including eye wear and a health spending account. I really like the fact that claims are submitted on line and you get reimbursed out of pocket expenses very quickly.
I didn't have to pay into the benefits plan for myself and my family, although I think they discontinued this for new employees to save money
