Great time off and medical plans!
They have pretty good benifits
The gain share once a month.
Great benefits and has 401k and pension
Best company provided benefits you can get only if you are in the union though.
You have every option presented to you
the benefits are quite good.
Overall the company has excellent benefits, vacation, 401k, and the workplace environment is exciting. I've enjoyed working here for the past 5years, until I ran into issues with upper management who are required to complete and stay up to date on employee rights training. Especially when it involves a hostile work environment, nepotism, and FMLA/ADA rights and violations. They don't know the laws concerning the intersection between FMLA and ADA accommodations. The Legal team is catching on to the bullying, discrimination, and retaliation tactics that are hidden atcthe local level. The EEOC had an increase in lawsuits concerning FMLA/ADA discrimination after Covid. Management MUST start educating themselves because EEOC is holding them accountable. No more bullying.
you get benefits after a year
no benefits as part time employee
