The amount of time off available is amazing but it is challenging to take the time off and not fall behind on work because we are so small
Good benefits with ample time off including days off for volunteering.

Retirement match is 2%. Health insurance for me is free but for families it is $20k per year. 2 months of PTO !

They have a great match for your 401k, and you get a pretty good amount of time off. Health insurance was probably the worst part. It was extremely expensive compared to other employers, and there is only 1 plan option.
