Very well organised and clearly laid out process with constant updates on status. Friendly atmosphere and nice environment. Meetings take place online, as well as in person. This results in a nice combination and an opportunity for better and direct communication. A case test was provided, which was then presented by the applicant. This was a great way of directly showcasing one's skills and getting to know the company better.

The process was good, maybe a bit extensive. Since you had a short telephone interview, first face-to- face interview, online test, a business case to complete and presentation followed by another short interview with the VP of Marketing. Personally I am not very keen on the online test, I find it does not always allow you to show your true ability of what you can do. However after the test the business case was send and you had about four days to complete it. The business case/assignment was two-fold, and I would have liked /expected a bit more explanation with the second part of the assignment. The second part was a excelsheet with all the data of the online marketing channels it did not give a good idea how you could potentially present it. The last part of the interview with the VP was a good experience, as you would think it would be very though. It was a nice interview on a more personal level and showed also the fun environment the company has to offer.
