I interviewed with them for the L&D role, and they were on the ball every step of it. The process was straightforward, quick and personable. I got to meet the team, and have lunch with them in their lunch room, which really helps to get a feel for the organization.
Eventually I chose another opportunity more in line with my long-term career ambitions. It was a hard decision to make because everything felt right at Channable-supportive and smart people, friendly and inclusive culture, the right level of ambition, amazing location. Definitely an organization I would recommend.
