Sometimes there would be no work for days, months depending upon the project, at that time some people may get bored, some people choose to do some certifications etc.
No pay hike every year, yearly pay hike sometimes happens but its not certain always.
Advies aan management
Please give yearly pay hikes at least in developing countries so that employees can survive and sustain even when there is high inflation.
Please give more technical and functional trainings to employees

Ik heb via rekrutering gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde 4 weken. Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij Oracle (India, PA (Verenigde Staten)) in april 2012.

3 round had happened.
2 technical and third managerial.
Finally HR round happened the entire process took 5 working days.
Interview process was smooth and HR team is very supportive and even the managers were.
I got my offer letter in 28 days normally the entire process of oracle take 30 days of time but not to worry you will get it for sure.
Overall experience was good.
