   The recruitment process was transparent from the outset and the recruiter was friendly, clear, and relaxed in a positive way. However, during the second interview, I had a rough start as the head of marketing introduced himself by saying that he had conducted hundreds of interviews in his career and "could probably tell everything about me already". This statement made me feel like he had already formed an opinion about me before even meeting me, leading to (even more) nervousness on my part. Looking back, I realize that I should have spoken up at that moment instead of continuing with the interview as if nothing had happened. Unfortunately, I did not progress to the third round. Nevertheless, both interviewers provided valuable feedback at the end of the second interview which I appreciate and can use for personal development. In my view, this reflects positively on the company's values as they prioritize personal growth and provide constructive feedback to candidates. If given the opportunity, I would definitely consider applying again.
