   The IT specialist from the company reached out. I had to talk about some technical points before actually going in an interview with the Manager. The manager responsible for IT recruitment has all the clients in mind and already knows where your skills will be more used and already talks about the possibilities.
   Do not get attached to the clients here, because if you get hired, there is no guarantee that the customer will select you as the consultant.
   In the end, they only select senior people, and the real interview process is at the clients itself. But to be an employee from LINKIT you have to fit the young and vibrant culture, be very technical and specialised and this is what they assess here.
