The people that actually make the product have no value to the company. The pay is stagnant, there are high school kids making only slightly less per hour than Freudenberg pays in the area.

I have seen BGLs take scrap parts to make an order, while claiming quality is a priority. I have been told to run machines with defective quality safeguards. I really think the company would benefit from random onsite reviews, rather than notifying the facility ahead of time, as that leads to a rush to fall into compliance, only to regress back to the norm after the inspection.
