No work pressure. No timing constraints. No promotion cycle( is a pro actually, and you will know why when u work here). Can learn any technology but won't get a chance to actually work on it.
No growth in salary or knowledge because in 3 years you will reach a saturation point. Beyond which you would feel like quitting and gng elsewhere which is also a strategy to have only freshers coz low cost workers. The cycle is 'learn in one year, work for 1 years, train new resource for 1 year, quit, repeat'.
Advies aan management
Improve employee incentive programs. Include performance based incentive or at least a worthy recognition other than mementos. Improve pay scale and try retaining employees, coz employee retention is almost nill. One day you will run out of experienced and skilled employees.
