    Ik heb via een werknemersdoorverwijzing gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde 2 weken. Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij Huxley (Amsterdam (Colombia)) in april 2018.


    Fantastic procedure. Initial conversation with recruitment consultant in similar position to where I would start, followed by formal interview with two individuals managing separate teams of recruitment consultants across a couple of industries. Also took the time to introduce me to a few other new recruits who were just coming in, as well as others who'd been working for many years in this position. Had a very strong overview of the company culture and position through the open and transparent discussions that we had during this interview.
    Following this, and around a week later, returned to the office to give a presentation to the aforementioned team-managers as well as the floor-manager; they requested I do this in Dutch, which as it is my second language was very challenging, but I never felt pressured or pushed unfairly throughout, and it was very well received over all. Following the presentation, there was a half hour or so given over to questions from both sides, primarily around my personality and how suited it is to the various industries into which they seek and place candidates. Many laughs had, great discussion, all my questions responded to (unless too specific, in which case I was told that training would cover these).

    Overall a great procedure, and in particular the openness, friendliness and focus on cultural fit is something that many companies (particularly in the recruitment consultancy business) could benefit from greatly.
