The leadership does not seem confident of decisions made. Lacking clear direction in early projects. (Mostly art, some design) Lacking communication of vision thus lacking buy-in from implementers. Micro managed to some degree in the single player design department. Long crunches last year of each project.
Advies aan management
Wish directors have higher CoD IQ and tastes that's more in line of core audience. At the same time, should understand what is tiring to the audience and what needs advancement. Better interdepartmental planning to share assets, smart not brute forcing production.
