Ik heb een deeltijdbaan gehad bij NHCS (Korter dan een jaar)
Nurses and healthcare professionals are very friendly and patient with new staff. Some also do converse with you on future career plans and outlook. Great working environment as the refurbished NHCS is very modern and clean. As PT staff the job scope is relatively light - assisting with basic clinical pre-consultation measurements (height & weight and blood pressure) and tracing of blood test results (via centralized computer system and phone calls). Most of the time one would be rotated across different clinics on the same level. General working hours from 8AM to 5 - 5.30PM, Mondays to Fridays (+ alternate Saturday half-day).
Senior medical staff (particularly doctors) may be inpatient towards staff. Unfortunately the best way to avoid conflict would be to minimize interaction with them. Hospital management mostly sides with them over junior/new staff even though the doctors may be in the wrong. Risk adverse and conflict adverse management prioritize forgive and forget culture even if it means junior/new staff gets reprimanded by the doctors unfairly. Other staff are mostly unwilling to highlight this issue for fear of their job security.

Management is actually very good, only problem would be that they need to listen to all staff, from PT to FT staff, from junior to senior staff. Gone are the days when doctors are the ultimate authority. That kind of culture only serves to discourage enthusiastic healthcare professionals from wanting to work at NHCS.
