Ik heb een voltijdbaan bij PageGroup (Langer dan een jaar)
Duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden in combinatie met een goed compensatiemodel. Je werkt in een hecht en gemotiveerd team. Prima additionele incentives. Successen worden gevierd.
Korte termijn focus ten aanzien van sales kan leiden tot verlies van strategisch belang. Werkzaamheden zijn zeer target-driven, erg scherp op zowel input als output. Kan resulteren in micro management.
Ik heb via rekrutering gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde meer dan een week. Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij PageGroup (Amsterdam) in januari 2017.
Ik heb in totaal 4 gesprekken gehad, waarvan de laatste met de directors was. Daarnaast nog een persoonlijkheidstest ingevuld en kandidaten en klanten gebeld op de werkvloer om echt een beeld te krijgen hoe de rol er uit ziet, zodat je ook beter kunt beoordelen of de functie bij je past. De gesprekken volgen vrij vlot achter elkaar wat ik prettig vond.
