Duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden in combinatie met een goed compensatiemodel. Je werkt in een hecht en gemotiveerd team. Prima additionele incentives. Successen worden gevierd.
Korte termijn focus ten aanzien van sales kan leiden tot verlies van strategisch belang. Werkzaamheden zijn zeer target-driven, erg scherp op zowel input als output. Kan resulteren in micro management.
