   I hope this review, taken with the additional context of me having ultimately not received an offer, is useful for future candidates considering SmartRecruiters. I found my experience interviewing for the Director of Customer Success role to be impeccable, and everyone who I interacted with at SmartRecruiters to be class acts. Healthy organizations aim to get the best out of people, and interview processes can be a very clear way to distinguish if that's in the nature of the organization. In 100% of my conversations with the team at SmartRecruiters I felt respected and valued, and this resulted in a process that was both informative and enjoyable. I have no doubt SmartRecruiters will continue to be a success story given the character I saw throughout the process, and though I will not be a member of the team (at least at this time) in that story, I will be rooting for them- good companies with high character are to be appreciated and celebrated.
