   1. HR screening 2. Coding test 3. Technical interview 4. (I didn't make it pass the first interview, but I heard it would've been followed by one cross team interview and then an onsite) HR Screening: I feel that there is a lack of communication between the hiring manger/team and the HR. The HR couldn't provide basic info like if the hiring manager is based in London, Montreal or Singapore. They either knowingly or unknowingly lied about the regional headcounts, which I found out during the next interview. Technical interviews: I enjoyed speaking to the interviewers, who are also software engineers within the same group. However the same problem occurred when they did not even know which team/region I am interviewing for. I then had a brief catchup with the HR again and received some pretty positive feedback from the first interview, and was even told that they are sure I 'will make it to the next round'. Lo and behold, the next day I received a generic rejection email with no explanations whatsoever :( Overall, this left a sour taste in the mouth, and don't think I will apply here again.
