   I was invited for a one-on-one conversation with one of the co-founders. They made sure the conversation was very comfortable and I was given appropriate time (didn't feel too quick-fire or rushed). Very respectful and transparent process, I was told about next steps and these deadlines were met — I received a phone call with an update by the end of the week as promised.
