      Pluspunten

      HomeServe is a large, multi national company that provides an excellent service to customers. Do we get it right every time? No we don't. But we have great people who care and want to resolve the matter as fast as possible. I trust HomeServe to look after my parents and grandparents and i can't give a higher compliment to the company than that.

      However, business does come first. HomeServe has undergone internal restructuring twice in the past 18 months or so, with a signifcant headcount reduction. This is now affecting an entire site. And whilst i am sure it makes perfect business and financial sense, the impact to the individuals very much comes second.       Have some compassion for individuals who are affected by decisions you make. Consider how your statements, both in the moment and follow up affect people. You have terrific people but when you only consider them a number, you lose their respect and passion. Live the values you push, because recently the subjective experience is you don't.
