    This is long term employment. Staff usually is employed on full time basis. Busy enviromet all year long. Employees are wonderful and hardworking people from all around the world.

    different shift patterns and plenty of possibilities to work more hours especially hen business pick up around September until end of December.

    Management is well trained which is great to gain knowledge from but I believe that they need to talk to staff little bit more to avoid issues.

    Late nights, might not start until 10pm and finish at 4am. However this tends to be for new starters. Once you become more experienced you will be given more hours if wanted Have to deal with rude and drunk customers Quick turnover of staff

    Training should be more comprehensive, sometimes expected to know how to do tasks which may seem basic but needs some simple instruction the first time. However this is currently being worked on so should see improvements

    fun environment, friendly staff, constant work, decent pay, discounts on food. Builds confidence and self respect. tips occasionally, constant meeting new and different people from all walks of life

    late, sometimes unsociable hours, managers can take the mick or victimise if they don't like you for whatever reason but easily sorted if you go to pub manager who takes grievance seriously.

    Plenty of hours available- the better your pub performs, the more hours become available. Shifts are usually flexible, and depending on the situation you can often swap shifts with colleagues to make rotas more beneficial.     Favouritism- personally I have seen there is a degree of favouritism which leads to some people getting away with behaviour or practise others would be disciplined for. Unsociable hours- with pubs that are open to the public from 8am to midnight most days (not including coming in at 6am to open the kitchen for example) it can be difficult to balance a life around the role.     The poor decisions if the management from a regional level to the individual franchises leads to a very fractured relationship between bottom level staff amd the hierarchy. The 'suck up' mentality which leads to poor members of staff being favoured for the more secure positions, over the progressive and entrepreneural characters who can strive under other business models
