I will tell the negative side in terms of story so you can decide yourself. It's ofc biased from my side, employer cannot give his point of view.
Neocles became my sponsor of relocation from Ukrainian office to Amsterdam (I do appreciate). But after 8 months due to personal reasons I decided to move back to Kyiv office. After we agreed on terms of Ukrainian contract and defined last day in AMS office I was confident to continue working for Neocles, however just before contract signing CEO asked me about my future with company and I shared that I would be planning to leave within 5-6 months period - honest truth that I cannot see myself in long term with Neocles shocked him. The next day during contract signing - ultimatum was given - I have to give "committed date" - day till what I will be working in Neocles - which I refused to give on a basis that full-time employees as well as their employer have 1 month notice period without "legally bound end date in contract". That was red line for both sides and I found myself unemployed in one day.
