Low pay, no extra benefits apart from the salary. Lack of trust in the employees! That is why an alarming amount of people left. Insane level of micromanaging, the CEO wants to be involved in every single small detail of every department, and the company lacks good leadership!! People have to do what the leadership says, there is never space for discussion. No respect for sick days, weekends, or holidays, if they need you, they will call you no matter what!! Pastbook is all about the looks... they post to be perceived as a good company but it is all lies, the level of pressure the leadership puts on some of the employees is CRAZY!!!! Insane pressure to make people go to the office, even during the strict restrictions on the 2021 covid wave. The workload is crazy!!! The remuneration is below the average, they will always ask you for more without giving anything in return. This is without a doubt one of the worst companies I have ever worked for!!! The structure is very disorganized and all over the place, lack of management, lack of delegation, lack of trust, and ultimately, lack of professionalism from the leadership.

Pastbook became one of the worst experiences in my work life. I would not recommend it, they are manipulative and always wash their hands whenever they need to take responsibility for something. Lots of people left in the past year and the CEO publicly made fun of them, even shaming them for the bad reviews they have written here, to avoid the remaining people speaking up too I guess. There is a boys club here and the exec team is everything that is wrong with this company. Low pay and high burnout rate, if you have another offer apart from this company, RUN.
