the pros are it can be a friendly atmosphere most of the time and I have met some colleagues who have gone on to be good friends of mine

the challenges are in my job as a driver. Not enough time to get from a to b...if your gonna say the times are benchmarked against google maps then stick to the google map times and don't go trimming that time down. Driving is something which cant be rushed as the simplist mistake can kill you or someone around you. Also doorstep times are not sufficient and if we are the friendly face of Asda give us the time to be friendly instead of rushing our customers. I do really wish someone in high management would come out and see the challenges we up against and maybe appreciate us more.
