Pluspunten
The only things I like about this job is that you have unlimited bonus potential and my coworkers. The pay is $13/hour, which isn't too bad. I also loved training because it was fun.
Minpunten
The goals are ridiculously high and after so many months of not meeting your goal, you will be escorted to HR and next, out of the building. I think that's very unfair because you can't make people answer the phone and pay; that's what management doesn't understand. Calling out payments gets very annoying at times, especially when I'm on the phone. It seems that managers don't have to follow rules, but we do and they're not setting a good example. I get so sick of seeing people kiss up to be promoted. If you're not friends with management, then you can forget even being in the running for a promotion. Also, don't let anyone catch you slipping because that'll be used against you. Turnover for this place is very high and don't let your attendance points get to 15 because that is termination..no questions asked. This place is very unprofessional that I won't even recommend this place to an enemy. I'm just going to wing this until they escort me to HR for not meeting goal.
