Minpunten

Expect micromanaging and doing more reports than you have time for. Expect very little resources to do your job effectively. They do not care about their employees.

Great hands on training. I felt like they want to me to be succeed.

It was just too far for me and at the time they offered no hybrid or remote work.

After learning it in less than a year, the job becomes monotonous with no lateral promotions or movement.
