Pros ~ Opportunities to learn (sometime). Onsite opportunities (sometime). Flexible work timings (always). Senior employees are very supportive (sometime). Salary is good, hikes depends on performance (not sure if this hurts any current employee)

Cons ~ Projects teams are not properly structured, you may get confused about your role Tasks distribution are not balanced. You don't get value for your work, Managers and Leads won't accept your idea and work related suggestions, so it is risky to share your ideas. SDLC process needs to be followed properly, Even senior people won't care much about this, Notice period is too long, 3 months, very few companies outside will accept this, This is a bottleneck, You will be locked here for longer time, It will be very hard to get out of company because of 3 months notice period
