You are encouraged to look around corners, and engage into vigorous debate as long as you have data to support it.
Minpunten
Lots of ambiguity, which I personally love since it allows me to add my own personal touch, however may not suit everyone. Frugality can be a blocker especially when you're trying to attend conferences.
