* Decent compensation * You can try different roles and teams/orgs etc. It would be good to rotate within the business to learn more about the org etc. However the culture will differ.
Minpunten
* Constant change of directions and strategy. This has caused staff to constantly change their direction. This also comes with no consideration on career growth. Projects start and shut down very often. * Work life balance is only promoted in principle but not in practice. Staff who have a work-life balance are outshined by those who do not. This basically forces you to get on to the trend of performance and constantly raising the bar. * Leadership is barely present. They show up in specific pre-planned events with pre-planned questions "from staff" * Lack of access to HR. Its so difficult to contact or meet with HR. They are pretty much absent. * Culture will change from team to team. * Promotion criteria is interpreted different in different teams and with different managers. There is little consistency between staff in each grade. This window is very broad.
