The cons include, no Work life Balance unless you are manament then you can work from home as much as you want. Non competitive pay, limited amount of time off. Policy change to meet their current RTO plan. You are told to manage your business but under a microscope the whole time. You will never get a straight answer because whoever is the new flavor of the month for department head changes on a regular basis. The Amazon name doesn't carry as much weight when looking for jobs as it used to. Went two years without a raise.
