Our collaborative and friendly culture is a global theme and most of our projects and especially some of our business development activities are joint efforts with colleagues from across the firm. All our firm wide training efforts such as BE School, Consultant Bootcamp etc are hosted in our learning campus based in Brussels and allows multiple opportunities for networking with firm wide colleagues. We are sorry to hear this wasn’t your experience, but it is exceptional rather than the norm. Our flat structure is something we get very positive feedback on from our engagement surveys. We feel this structure creates a collaborative environment where every team member’s voice is valued and heard. We also feel it empowers individuals to take on more responsibility at an earlier stage than in larger companies and avoids office politics.
