They DO offer paychecks...although the big ones go to the MOST unqualified people. Remember, being a VP or C-level employee only requires agreeing with every dangerous and highly impulsive idea and change that Dean comes up with. Dear Owner, we're all happy to hear that you read a neat article last night at 3 in the morning while your company continues to crumble...but that doesn't mean that you should automatically act on the info you read in said article. Clown shoes. Seriously.
Minpunten
Gee, got an hour? Ok, let's break it down: 1) The owner only surrounds himself at the top with lackeys that are too afraid to stand up to him (minus the CTO, who is the only beacon of hope there). 2) "The Prodigal Son" basically runs the day to day operations there (since the owner is SO committed to improving the dying company...from Jupiter, Florida). How is THIS a negative thing? Easy: He wouldn't get hired as a fry cook at any other self-respecting company, much less the CFO/VP of Ops/Director of Learning By Firing that he is at BZL. 3) The commission structure on the sales team has dropped (along with any employee retention rates they once had) from 10/20/30% down to the LOW SINGLE DIGITS...oh, AND the Owner/CRO/VP of Ops triple threat expect higher production at the same time. Clown shoes. Seriously. 4) There's about 97,000 more horrible (but true) things to list here, but Dean is simply going to respond to this post with nothing but defensiveness, insincerity and a complete lack of understanding...so why bother.
