    - Awesome work culture - Free food/coffee - Young and super international work culture (seriously, I don't even know how many nationalities we have working here) = as an expat this means there is always something fun to do after work - You get to work in teams, but also have full freedom to autonomously work on projects or areas you can add value to - Energetic culture and everyone is rooting for you to succeed

    - Company is growing super fast so you need to be able to adapt to change quickly - Bynder should implement specific and structured training for each department

On that note I find it sad that people who don't feel at home in a fast pace IT company of great minds and souls are not leaving Bynder but instead complain about a life that doesn't manifest for them by itself.
