It becomes their most important agenda that the nice salary at joining is normalized. Appraisals are just waste of time and hope, not the deserving people get it, only those people get it whom the management want to consider. No consideration for employees at all. Does not give proper compensation to existing employees, instead gives unreasonable and unexplanable compensations to new joinees having lesser experience levels then existing employees.
