You can work long hours without many breaks.

The servers, bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff and dishwashers are the reason to work here. They are all lovely people. The food is really good thanks to the extremely talented kitchen staff. Staff gets a 40% discount only while they are working.

Management and owners are ignorant to the point of negligence. Legitimate concerns, even concerns that cross legal boundaries, are ignored. Since there is no sexual harassment policy or any legitimate, unbiased method to process such matters, I cannot recommend that any women, or people who identify as women, to work here. There is an auto gratuity of 18%, and the tips are pooled, but you are not permitted to let the customer know that. Therefore the customer has no way of knowing the 18% doesn't go directly to you, which makes a huge difference in their decision making process when it comes to deciding what kind of tip to leave. There is no family meal. There is no shift drink. You are required to work all holidays. Celebration during the holidays, while at work, is not permitted. I have worked holidays before but never felt like I was working for Scrooge before this season.
