      Heavy workload and long hours for little money. It’s NOT 40 hours per week job. Plus they keep adding more and more responsibilities, and basically, you have to be available 24/7.

      You received our invoicing manual and greed to our payment terms prior to taking any work with us. Hundreds of people are paid successfully by following the manual. We pay everyone. We understand if you had problems following the manual. This rating does not reflect un us in the way you want to make us look. You have been paid.

To be accurate, all of our translators get paid on time, and only those that send their invoices late or not follow the invoicing manual instructions delay their own payment.
