Once things had settled for me, I was able to switch to a full-time role, and after a few years, I was promoted to a leadership position. There are friendly and talented people all across the board, and the company's mission feels meaningful. I always felt proud to tell people where I worked.

Everyone is very professional, kind, and the various teams work together very well, making it a great place to work. There is space for suggestions, to present new projects and to give direct input to senior management.
