Nothing best here Every thing is worst because you will not get any Salary or any thing. They will not ask any thing in interview just ask you know java, dot net like this only. You cant believe that this type of interview is happens in this World. Very frustrated Environment. only one thing is very good that you can take leaves easily when you want.

everything is Cons. No growth and if you should think about increment then they said that u can leave us directly. its not a company its a shop. Salary is only 5000.
