We’re sorry to read that the latter part of your experience did not reflect what we strive for as a place where people matter, particularly in relation to health, wellbeing and how your long service was acknowledged when you left. Feedback like this is taken seriously, especially from someone who dedicated over two decades to the business, and it highlights how important consistent, thoughtful communication and genuine consideration of individual circumstances are.
Winning together depends on our people feeling listened to, supported and valued throughout their time with us, including when adjustments are requested or when long‑serving individuals move on from the organisation. While we can’t comment on individual situations in a public forum, your comments will be shared internally to help inform ongoing conversations about how we support experienced people and live up to our can do culture in practice, not just intent.
