VP is absolutely horrendous. She continuously harassed me, berated me, treated me like a child. No matter what I did, she would yell at me and threaten to fire me. I was told from my first day to not expect longevity at the company. I was threatened on multiple accounts to quit or otherwise the VP would smear my name. Doesn't matter how good of an employee you are, she is the leader and self-appointed HR so you can't complain to anyone. She's also married to the CEO so you can't get any help from leadership. She makes the work environment extremely hostile, unprofessional and quite frankly, miserable. I do not recommend anyone waste their time here. There is rampant favoritism and constant threats. Every achievement is arbitrary. If you use your professional knowledge, the VP pulls you aside and says you made her upset by "out-smarting" her. She steals your ideas and repackages them as her own after calling you stupid for suggesting something. I'm not a woman, but it is not a female friendly workplace. This VP got upset when a woman wouldn't theoretically invite her to their wedding. The level of unprofessional behavior is insane. It's a white man's world in there. Also, you have to sit with everyone at lunch. You don't decide when you eat, you get harassed if you don't eat what the execs ordered and then they complain that everyone just wants a free lunch. I brought a lunch one time and was made fun of.
