No proper software development methods, do not expect much about S/W development methods here, All you need to do is just code code code, No important on proper testing (testing really sucks here.. most of the testing manual testing!!), no unit testing, no proper planning and execution of the project delivery goals, totally no quality in SW development and the product quality.. 3. Company of developer .!! No testers 4. Management is not concerned about the quality of the SW development
