As the company goes through different phases, culture has stayed strong and also shifted in the direction that the company needs. For example, more ownership and entrepreneurship from individuals, deeper collaboration cross teams, and being able to move faster at startup speeds. We have a lot of very driven, smart, and dedicated team members, who really are here to create great products and experiences that they are passionate about. With our increased effort and focus across the board, I think we are making good strategy decisions and can build something transformational. It is not always easy, of course. Compensation and upward mobility is good. People that do good work or add value to the company are definitely rewarded. In general, there are a lot of excitements in our new innovation attempts, we need more great people to help us create awesome products!
