Co-workers were energetic and humorous. The management is great from the director level to the C level. One learns a lot in Dynamic Logic, and can provide good career advancement, if one wants to be in the online marketing/research industry. Bonus was received quarterly.

Minpunten

Dynamic Logic is not good for career advancement, if you are interested to pursue a career in online advertising, because it is a bit limited to the research/analytics side. The technology team is understaffed, and needs better organization.

A lot of micro-managing and measuring company success on a quarterly basis.

It appears as though anyone they will accept anyone they like (as in socially, not professionally) who they interview with off the street--Prior experience doesn't matter.

Minpunten

-Incredibly unprofessional management. One of their operations directors worked at a supermarket before running a major division... -Management appears to have this zen philosophy about training: they will not tell you what you aren't picking up until it is too late--then slowly alienate you until they feel like firing you.
