Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
