Management doesn't care about employees. They laid nearly every in-house employee off in 2022 to outsource to cheaper remote workers. They did not give us any notice of this mass firing and forbade us from returning to the office to get our personal belongings, even though we had done nothing wrong. They bought positive reviews and told us to write positive reviews for themselves to counteract the many unhappy client reviews. Management makes empty promises to unassuming clients. They are smooth-talking scam artists and I highly recommend seeking out a better Marketing Agency, both for employees and clients.

It appears you were one of the employees that was let go. We are sorry this affected you but we had to make sure we were doing the best for our clients and getting the best employees possible for their campaigns. As for the other stuff, please refrain from slandering our company pertaining to reviews and empty promises. Management extremely easy to work with in times of need, team has great communication, great atmosphere to work in (in person and remote), above average pay, great time off policies, option to work remotely if / when needed, and no drama!

Minpunten

The industry that we service has some tough customers, but the team makes it worth it.

I currently work at Ehlen Analytics is a great company to work for. I read a review that said "The Ehlen Brothers are liars". That is simply not true. Although i have never met Matthew. Daniel is super nice and helpful and always trying to help however he can. Not just so his business can be successful but so that his employees and sales team can be successful as well. Brian Robinson has been extremely helpful and always motivates me to be my best. We work well as a team and super patient with training. Super supportive and positive. Brian leads by example. Brian shows up early and stays late 5 days a week no matter what. Strong leadership with the ownership including Daniel, Matthew, and Brian. People writing these negative reviews turned out to be a extremist liberal group after i did some digging and investigating. Working here you have to be willing to put in the work and work your booty off. Lazy people would no be a good fit here. I am so glad I changed career fields and I LOVE my job and always want to learn more about what we are doing even if that means I have to work longer hours, go above and beyond, and think for myself .
