I joined as a Business Consultant and have been handling multiple roles and projects till now. Every project gives me end to end different experience with lots of learning and exposure. From giving Demos to handing Jira to testing, everything I have done and learnt a lot in just 8 months.

Minpunten

KT sometimes becomes unclear because of virtual working WLB has been a little challenging

Pluspunten

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Minpunten

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
