      Pluspunten

      I was actually under a contract with a different company before switching over to ERG. They had better pay and benefits than my previous company for the same contract.

      Minpunten

      Their contract was a little tricky in the sense I thought OT would be provided but it is not.

      Extremely supportive ERG contact, always available to support contractors. Great experience working as a contractor for them.

      Performance goal tracking outcomes aren't as transparent as they could be

      Pluspunten

      Fully remote for the project I was on. Good benefits package overall (albeit expensive. Great management: able to treat employees like adults and empathetic to work/life balance, while still being assertive about encouraging results, with outcome-driven mentality. I never felt micro-managed. Pay felt fair, if less than I was used to (for in-office role).

      Minpunten

      Pricey benefits package, especially healthcare for dependents. No incentives/bonus/equity. Performance management was not really a thing (yet - management was working on it). No real career path, but management doesn't discourage looking for other projects to transfer to.
